Replacement Policy

1. Replacement

We accept replacement only if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Wrong item delivered

 

2. Time Frame

You must report the issue within 3–5 days of delivery.

3. Process

  • Contact us with photos of the product with packaging

  • After verification, we will initiate replacement

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products

  • Opened attars
